Modulis is a Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) platform: the Modulis software is deployed inside your own cloud environment, and the telemetry and application data you send through it (logs, traces, metrics, errors, session data, and similar) is processed and stored in your own cloud account, not on Modulis-controlled infrastructure. This Policy covers the information Modulis itself collects directly — for example, when you visit our website, create an account, contact us, or use our product hub — not the customer or end-user data your own applications generate and that stays within your cloud environment. If you are an end user of a Modulis customer's product, please contact that customer regarding their own privacy practices.

2. Information We Collect

• Account and contact information: name, work email, company name, phone number, and similar details you provide when you sign up, request a demo, or contact us.
• Billing information: billing address and payment details, processed on our behalf by a third-party payment processor. Modulis does not store full payment card numbers.
